Shamaya has a no  return policy. For exchanges , an opening video is needed in case a defect is claimed. Please kindly note that the exchange is not valid for very small defects like a loose stone which may be easily fixed.Also, a change of mind ,does not warrant an exchange. We are a small business and hence will try our best to help you
